On Monday at 1:31 a.m. a flood watch was released by the National Weather Service in effect until 4 p.m. for Northern Erie and Southern Erie as well as Niagara, Orleans, Genesee, Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Allegany counties.The weather service says, “Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.” ...read more read less
