The National Weather Service issued an updated winter weather advisory at 1:37 a.m. on Monday valid from 7 p.m. until Wednesday 7 a.m. for Cayuga County.The weather service states to anticipate, "Total snow accumulations between 3 and 9 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph will create blowing sno w, which could reduce visibility." ...read more read less
