PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A vehicle crash on Interstate 95 is causing delays for commuters in Prince George County. At around 7:16 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 28, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) continued to report a crash at mile marker 44.9 near Stewart Drive.
