At 1:47 a.m. on Sunday, the National Weather Service released a winter storm watch valid from Monday 7 p.m. until Wednesday 7 a.m. for Oneida County.The weather service adds, “Heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow accumulations of up to 7 inches or more in the most persistent lake snow bands .
