A man was found fatally shot early Saturday in the Uptown neighborhood. The man, 23, was found on the ground about 4 a.m. in the 5100 block North Sheridan Road, Chicago police said. He suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. His name hasn't been releas ed. A witness told police officers they saw a vehicle fleeing from the scene.
