On Friday at 7:29 p.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated winter storm warning in effect until Saturday at 7 a.m. for Oneida, Onondaga, Madison, Chenango, Otsego, Delaware and Sullivan counties."Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches, bringing storm totals between 6 to 12 i nches," can be expected according to the weather service. "Steady snow will continue into the predawn hours of early Saturday morning and could be heavy at times. A little sleet could mix in at times for western areas.
