A 33-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene of a crash along Interstate 25 near Aguilar in Animas County on Friday afternoon, according to a news release by Colorado State Patrol. The driver of a gray Ford Expedition was ejected around 3:15 p.m. as it rolled into the center median of the i nterstate near exit 34, briefly igniting a brush fire. All lanes were open as of Friday evening after they were closed for the crash investigation, according to the release. The investigation is ongoing and no cause has been determined.
