On Thursday at 12:56 p.m. a winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from Friday 1 p.m. until Saturday 4 a.m. for Monroe, Wayne, Cayuga, Oswego and Ontario counties.The weather service says to prepare for, “Total snow accumulations 3 to 6 inches.
