A 48-year-old man was fatally shot on a Brooklyn streetcorner, police said. The victim was blasted in the chest around 9:45 a.m. Wednesday at the corner of Powell St. and Belmont Ave., cops said, just steps away from the Seth Low Houses complex in Brownsville.
