A $50,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction in a 2018 killing of a man in San Diego, Gov. Gavin Newsom’s office announced Monday. Arthur Jordan, 28, was fatally shot on July 19, 2018, by an unknown assailant while sitting in a car in the 3000 block of M artin Avenue. At the time of his death, Jordan was a barber working in his family’s barber shop.
