INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indianapolis police were investigating a shooting that left two people injured on the city’s southeast side. Just after 12:45 a.m. Monday, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to a shooting in the 3600 block of Teakwood Drive. That’s a res idential area near the intersection of East Troy Avenue and Shelby Street. Police arrived and found two people shot. IMPD says one of the victims was “awake and breathing,” but did not provide the status of the second victim. No other information was immediately available.
