The National Weather Service issued a report at 5:02 p.m. on Sunday for snow showers until 8 p.m. for Southern Herkimer, Southern Fulton and Northern Fulton as well as Montgomery County."Occasional lake effect snow showers, some moderate at times, will persist across portions of the Mohawk Valley th rough 8 p.m. this evening. A quick 2 to 3 inches of snow accumulation is possible during this time, especially in southern Herkimer and Fulton counties.
