The National Weather Service issued a report at 1:19 p.m. on Sunday for lake effect snow until 5 p.m. for Oneida County."A heavy band of lake effect snow has organized this afternoon, mainly impacting the towns of Camden, Florence, Lee, Glenmore, Ava, Delta Lake, and Westernville. Snowfall rates in the band have been near or over an inch per hour and may last several more hours.
