CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- Men and women of the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Helping Addicts Recover Progressively (HARP) program competed in a holiday contest, ringing in the holiday cheer. On Friday, Dec. 19, the Chesterfield County Sheriff's Office posted on Facebook about the annual HARP program's "Deck the Pods" dorm room decorating contest. Participants of the contest transformed their everyday spaces into festive holiday areas. After careful deliberation, the women's pod was the winner of this year's contest through their creativity and fine attention to detail.
