Authorities are looking for a missing 12-year-old who was last seen on Tuesday in San Jose, according to CHP. The California Highway Patrol activated an Ebony Alert on behalf of San Jose police for 12-year-old Esha Peairs. Officials describe her as 5 feet tall, weights 100 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. Peairs was last seen in the area of Foxworthy and New Jersey avenues just before midnight, and it appears that she is on foot, according to authorities.
