GOVERNMENT OFFICES: Most federal, state, county and city offices will be closed Dec. 25 and 26. Most Redlands City Hall administrative offices will be closed Dec. 22 through Jan. 1. All Chino city facilities will be closed Dec. 24, 25 and 31 and Jan. 1. Chino Hills City Hall and city yard will be cl osed Dec. 24 through Jan. 1. MAIL DELIVERY: Mail will be delivered Dec. 24 but not on Dec. 25. FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS: Most banks, savings and loans and credit unions will be open Dec. 24 but closing early. All financial institutions will be closed Dec. 25. STORES: Most will be open Dec. 24 but closing early. Most stores will be closed Dec. 25. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:  Riverside Transit Agency, Dial-A-Ride will run on a regular schedule Dec. 24. Buses will not operate Dec. 25 but will resume a regular schedule Dec. 26. Administrative offices will close at noon Dec. 24 and be closed Dec. 25 and 26. The Customer Information Center will be open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Dec. 24, closed Dec. 25 and open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Dec. 26. Omnitrans buses will run on a regular schedule Dec. 24. Buses will not operate Dec. 25 but will resume a regular schedule Friday. Administrative offices and Customer Service Center will be closed Dec. 25. Foothill Transit will run on a regular schedule Dec. 24. All buses on Dec. 25 will run according to their weekend or Sunday Service schedules. All Transit Stores will be closed Dec. 24 and 25. Customer service at 800-RIDE-INFO will be open 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 24 but closed Dec. 25. Metrolink will operate on a regular schedule Dec. 24. Trains will operate on a weekend schedule Dec. 25 with service on the Antelope Valley, Orange County, 91/Perris Valley, San Bernardino, Inland Empire-Orange County and Ventura County lines. Arrow will also run on its weekend schedule. The Riverside Line trains will not run Dec. 25.
