FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – It was a record-breaking season in the area’s Salvation Army’s Angel Tree distribution. It all wrapped up on Friday, with a total of 2,000 people having their Christmas wishes made.  Dena Smith, Core Officer at The Salvation Army, said this year they received a high number of donations. She said it was a step-up in a way they have never seen before.
