Lincoln Police Cruiser (Jeff Motz/KFOR News)LINCOLN–(KFOR Dec. 20)–Just after 10 pm Friday Lincoln Police responded to reports of a dispute between neighbors in the 4100 block of Normal Boulevard. Lincoln Police Captain Duane Winkler told KFOR News the reporting parties stated they had contact w ith a neighbor known to them. During the contact the neighbor Keenan Woodford Fortner had threatened them with a shotgun. Officers were able to contact Fortner and he surrendered to them without incident. Shortly thereafter Lincoln Police confiscated weapons from his residence and he was lodged for two counts of terroristic threats and two counts of use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony. ...read more read less
