ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — RGE is reporting that 1,500 people in Monroe County have lost power. According to its outage numbers, Monroe County has the most outages, with 1,500 reported. Wayne County has a reported 191 without power. Stay with News 8 as we continue to follow these power outages.
