An FAA bulletin said “departures to Denver International are grounded due to wind,” adding that the chances this stop will be extended through Friday morning are greater than 60%. Flight arrivals to DIA were delayed for an average of 30 minutes due to wind, the FAA said. DIA airlines reported 309 flights delayed and 10 canceled as of 9:40 a.m., according to the flight-tracking website FlightAware.
