(KRON) -- The Oakland Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred in the early morning hours Friday. OPD responded at around 3:15 a.m. to a report of a shooting in the 1600 block of Solano Way. Arriving at the scene, officers found two people with apparent gunshot wounds. One of the m was pronounced dead at the scene.
