California doctor indicted in $45 million botox fraud scheme

Violetta Mailyan, who owned and operated Healthy Way Medical Center in Glendale, Calif., was indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly submitting millions of dollars in fraudulent claims to Medicare for bogus Botox injections.
