On Thursday at 10:44 a.m. the National Weather Service released a wind advisory valid from noon until Friday 1 p.m. for Northern St. Lawrence and Southwestern St. Lawrence."South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 45 to 50 mph expected," comments the weather service.
