A neighbor rescued a person from the home next door to a two-alarm blaze in the Ybor Heights area on Tuesday.Tampa Fire Rescue (TFR) said firefighters responded to a house fire at the 800 block of E. Baker St. around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.Crews found a single-story home fully engulfed in flames.
