Raiola, who has been sidelined with a broken leg he suffered against USC, started the first nine games for Nebraska this season, leading the Huskers to a 6-3 record. He completed 181-of-250 passes for 2,000 yards and 18 touchdowns in his nine games.
Raiola set a Nebraska season record with a 72.4 completion percentage, and he ranked 10th in school history with 18 touchdown passes.
Before committing to the Huskers, Raiola was committed to Ohio State and played in Georgia in high school.
