RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Several Central Virginia school districts will delay their openings on Monday due to cold temperatures. Our StormTracker8 team forecasted that temperatures are staying low for Monday, Dec. 14, getting down to 10 to 15 degrees by the morning.
