A Brooklyn celebration turned violent when six teenagers were shot outside of a Sweet Sixteen party. The shooters remain on the run. The NYPD says two unidentified men were outside an event venue. “Both individuals displayed firearms and discharged multiple rounds toward a crowd gathered outsi de,” Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch told reporters Sunday. Surveillance video obtained by NBC New York shows several people running to get away from the gunfire. One neighbor told News 4 that he heard about 20 shots fired. The neighbor says he and his daughter got on the floor and ducked. The shooting happened shortly after 1:00 AM Sunday morning on Atlantic Ave. and Ashford St. The victims’ ages range between 15 and 17, Tisch said. “I’m just in shock,” neighbor Jesus Garcia said. “That’s bad… nowdays, the way the young people are going it’s crazy.
