Each evening, the chefs will craft an exclusive five-course prix-fixe menu that celebrates the textures and flavors of truffle, highlighting seasonal ingredients, chef-driven creativity, and the restaurant’s signature style. This intimate culinary experience is limited to 12 guests per night, offering a personalized and memorable journey centered on one of the season’s most luxurious ingredients. Patio Pearls The final Patio Pearls celebration of 2025 returns on Thursday, Dec. 18. The evening offers freshly shucked oysters, an extensive wine selection, live entertainment by Chris Guerrero, and the opportunity to order from Clementine’s dinner menu. Friday The Clementine Countdown Dinner: NYE Chefs John and Elise Russ welcome guests to the final dinner service of 2025, featuring a specially curated four-course prix-fixe menu served from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. To celebrate the arrival of a new year, each guest will enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne — the perfect way to toast 2026. For each course, guests may choose between two signature Clementine dishes.
