At 1:40 a.m. on Sunday, the National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory valid from 5 a.m. until Monday 7 a.m. for Onondaga County."Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches," can be anticipated according to the weather service. "The higher end totals will occur from Syracuse nort h and west across the county, especially in the Skaneateles, Baldwinsville, Clay and Brewerton area.
