PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Multiple towns in Rhode Island and Massachusetts have implemented parking bans ahead of expected inclement weather Saturday evening. The South Kingstown Police Department said a parking ban will be in effect fro m 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. A parking ban will be in effect in South Kingstown tonight, December 13th, from 10 pm to 8 am. No parking is allowed on any public roadway, municipal parking lot, or municipally owned parking areas.
