Two years after launching in Park City under the Christie’s International Real Estate brand, a locally owned brokerage firm is expanding to Salt Lake City and taking on a new name — VUE Christie’s International Real Estate — to reflect its broader geographic focus and aiming to better posit ion itself for continued growth. VUE Christie’s International Real Estate was founded in September 2023 by a team of top-producing Park City agents led by Sam Cubis, Ben Fisher, Matthew Magnotta, Rachel Retzer and Molly Crosswhite, along with Ace Allak, a Salt Lake City-based real estate developer and mortgage banker. In two years, the firm has grown to 80 agents in Park City and brokered more than $1.5 billion in total sales, ranking in the top three in market share in the resort town. According to Cubis, VUE is looking to follow a similar trajectory in Salt Lake City, bringing together the area’s top agents and providing them with the resources of the world’s leading luxury real estate brand. Earlier this year, VUE was named the Christie’s International Real Estate 2025 Affiliate of the Year in the Americas. In May, the company represented the buyer in the second highest-priced home sale ever in Park City. The client was a referral from a Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate on the East Coast. As a Christie’s International Real Estate affiliate, VUE’s agents and clients will benefit from national and international exposure for luxury properties, exclusive marketing partnerships and a connection to the iconic Christie’s auction house for the referral and the sale of art and luxury goods, they said. Agents also gain access to Christie’s International Real Estate’s technology suite that allows them to manage the real estate transaction and client relationship through one integrated system. With luxury home prices that can exceed well over $500 per square foot and low property taxes, the region has seen a steady stream of luxury buyers from the West Coast seeking more space and value.
