The Latest:   RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County deputies say 12-year-old Joel Inbody has been located and is safe.   Original Story (Posted: Dec. 10, 2025):       RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County deputies are searching for a missing 12-year-old boy, say investigat ors. RCSD says Joel Inbody was seen in the area of Fonthill Drive around 1:40 p.m. on Wednesday. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black pants with a black cast on his right arm. Investigators also say, the boy was seen on video at a convenience store at 9900 Two Notch Road around 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 10. If anyone has seen Joel, or have any information regarding his whereabouts call 911 or Richland County Sheriff’s Department at (803) 576-3000. Richland County investigators are concerned for his safety. Due to his young age and the current cold weather conditions, there is reason to believe he may be in danger.
