Eggs from a California distributor are being recalled over Salmonella contamination.(DIXON, CA – More than 15-hundred eggs are being recalled due to possible salmonella contamination. The recall from the California Department of Health applies to 12-count cartons and 30-count cartons from Vega Far ms. They have a sell by date of December 22nd or earlier. A spokesperson for the company said the issue was due to processing equipment and not from the chickens that hatched the eggs.
