(Photo credit: Aliza Worthington) As a decades-long Baltimorean and die-hard Orioles fan, this reporter should be rejoicing. As a Brooklyn-born and raised New Yorker to the core, and life-long Mets fan, she is torn. As fate would have it, she was also born in 1969 when the Mets and Orioles met in the World Series, the former coming out on top.
