(BCN) -- A man who died in a solo-vehicle crash on Interstate 780 in Benicia on Monday morning has been identified by the Solano County Coroner's Office as 23-year-old Jacob Dortch. The crash was reported at about 7:45 a.m. Monday on westbound Highway 780 near Southampton Road, according to the Cal ifornia Highway Patrol. (KRON4) A silver Toyota RAV4 hit a guardrail and Dortch, the lone occupant in the Toyota, died at the scene, CHP officials said.
