The Coast Guard Cutter Munro seized more than 10 tons of cocaine from a drug-smuggling boat south of Mexico. Officials said the open-bowed vessel, powered by three large outboard motors, was intercepted in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The Supreme Court announced Friday it will hear arguments on President Trump’s executive order ending birthright citizenship. The case centers on the 14th Amendment clause ratified in 1868, which guarantees citizenship to anyone born in the United States.
