(KRON) — Security video captured two burglars stealing pet ashes from the Central Boulevard Veterinary Hospital in Brentwood early Saturday, according to the vet’s office. The video shows the burglaries break in through the business’s front door. The Brentwood Police Department crime map show s that a felony burglary occurred at the vets’ office on the 1200 block of Central Boulevard at 6 a.m. “While our register and all internal doors are securely locked each night, the thieves chose to steal something truly irreplaceable: pet ashes waiting to be returned to their families,” Central Boulevard Veterinary Hospital wrote on social media.
