U.S. 285 closed near Conifer for headon crash that injured 5

Five people were injured Sunday morning in a head-on crash that shut down U.S. 285 in both directions near Conifer.
As of 11:20 a.m., U.S. 285 was closed at Jubilee Trail, near mile marker 230, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
Two cars collided, and at least five people were i
njured, according to a 10:39 a.m. post from the Elk Creek Fire Department. At that time, crews were still assessing patients and information on the extent of their injuries was not available.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
