Three arrested after investigation into Providence College overdose incident

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Providence Police Department said that three people were arrested after an investigation into an overdose incident involving seven Providence College students that occurred on Dec. 5.
33-year-old Angel Williams was charged with possession of multiple firearms after p
reviously being convicted of crimes of violence, possession of multiple firearms while prohibited due to prior convictions, conspiracy to possess fentanyl with intent to deliver, committing a crime of violence while armed, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession or control of a ghost gun or undetectable firearm, possession of high-capacity magazines, and unlawful delivery of cocaine.
32-year-old Patrick Patterson was charged with multiple counts of committing a crime of violence while armed, conspiracy to possess fentanyl with intent to deliver, possession or control of a ghost gun or undetectable firearm, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver fentanyl, possession of firearms while prohibited due to prior convictions, and possession of high-capacity magazines.
33-year-old Kimsheree Simoneau was charged with possession or control of a ghost gun, undetectable firearm, or firearm produced by a 3D-printing process.
The department said that the investigation identified a suspect that was believed to have delivered the narcotics involved in the overdose.
A search of a Hawkins Street residence allegedly found three handguns, two assault-style rifles, approximately 20 grams of fentanyl, and approximately $1,700.
