Question: Auwe! Did you know that you have to make an appointment to get a temporary disability parking placard? This is a gross imposition on disabled people. We should not have to make an appointment because it is an urgent matter, and, in my case at least, I needed someone to drive me to the sate llite city hall and I had to go when they could take me.
