San Diego weather today: Drizzle into early tomorrow, rain chance on Friday
Apr 15, 2025
Our cool weather pattern is set to continue through Friday, before the weather turns sunnier in time for Easter Sunday.
As the low-pressure system offshore will help to deepen the marine layer, adding better chances for drizzle overnight into early tomorrow morning. The clouds will be slow to cle
ar with best chances for sunshine inland.
The winds will become gustier over the mountains and deserts Wednesday night into Thursday morning. The winds will peak early Thursday ranging from 30 to 40 mph but gusting as high as 50-60 mph.
A low-pressure system coming from the Pacific Northwest will dive south tracking over the Great Basin, bringing better chances for heavier rain totals over the mountains on Friday.
The storm will move off to the east, leaving behind beautiful weather in time for Easter Sunday. Temperatures will return to near normal for the second half of the weekend.
