VIDALIA, Ga. (WSAV) — A 41-year-old mother has been arrested and charged after her four-year-old child reportedly ingested THC gummies, police said Tuesday. Tiffany Martin is charged with cruelty to children and possession of a controlled substance. The charges follow an April 11 report of a c hild overdose at a local hospital. Vidalia Police officers determined that the four-year-old had ingested THC gummies at the home during their investigation. The child was transferred to a Savannah hospital for further treatment and is expected to make a full recovery, police said.
