The Utah Restaurant Association, in partnership with KUTV’s Taste Utah, said it will bestow its Taste Utah Award on Riverhorse on Main, Palomino and Salt Box Eatery at the association’s 2025 Industry Awards Gala on Tuesday, April 22.“It is an incredible honor to receive the Taste Utah Award from the Utah Restaurant Association for all three entities of Riverhorse Hospitality Group,” says Executive Chef Seth Adams of Riverhorse Hospitality Group. “On behalf of our entire Riverhorse family, we are so grateful for this recognition among our industry peers, and we are proud to be part of such a talented culinary community.”  The Taste Utah Award recognizes the restaurants incredible contributions to Utah’s vibrant food culture and their commitment to excellence in hospitality, culinary innovation and community connection, according to the restaurants. The three award-winning Riverhorse entities will be honored at the association’s Industry Awards Gala on April 22 at The Heritage Park Garden Place in Salt Lake City.
