MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A now-former Paris, Tennessee police officer and his wife have been accused of child neglect, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said Tuesday. TBI says they were asked by the district attorney general on April 10 to investigate Alexandria Elkins, 23, and Brian Ray, 26.
