The steakhouse will be a modern American steakhouse by Noble 33 at the Loew’s Hotel in Kansas City. The hotel sits at the corner of Truman Road and Baltimore Avenue.
Other well-known restaurants owned by the company are Toca Madera, Casa Madera, Meduza Mediterrania, and Sparrow Italia, which have locations in Scottsdale, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York, Toronto and London.
According to Noble 33, 1587 will have private dining rooms, a world-class chef’s kitchen and a jaw-dropping meat display, all with nods to Mahomes and Kelce’s on-field accomplishments.
The street-level entrance, designed to emulate a stadium tunnel walk, leads guests to the host stand by a 10-foot-wide refrigerated meat display at the front of the restaurant. The entrance floor is also discreetly lined with brass inlay tick markers that resemble field lines.
The tabletops in the main dining area will have red marble accents, and the seating and other artwork will be modeled after disassembled football shapes.
