(MANITOU SPRINGS) — The Manitou Springs Police Department (MSPD) is offering free handgun locks to the community as part of its ongoing commitment to firearm safety. The locks can be picked up at the Police Department window at 606 Manitou Avenue. They are available on a first-come, first-serv ed basis, and locks will not be held.
