CHARLOTTE, NC — Dozens of students at Garringer High School have the opportunity to get a prom dress for free.  Cinderella’s Closet  provides formal dresses to junior and senior girls attending prom.    Most of the dresses are new or gently used formal dresses that come from donations by the Lady Wildcats, a group of Garinger alumni and the community.  The  event ensures that financial limitations don’t prevent the girls from attending prom and missing  out on experiencing that special night. “To have the dresses available, have the shoes and everything else available for them.
