BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to assist in finding a 16-year-old who went missing on Friday. Ka’lanaih Laura-Sharai Thomas, 16, was last seen at around 8 a.m. April 11 near her home, according to KCSO. KCSO described Thomas as being 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. It’s unknown what she was last wearing, but Thomas is known to wear a royal blue Nike hooded sweatshirt, officials said.
