President Trump on Tuesday afternoon will present the Commander-in-Chief's trophy to the Navy Midshipmen football team at a ceremony from the White House. The award is presented annually to the team that wins the college football series between the Army, Navy and Air Force academies. L ast December, the Navy sailed to victory with a 31-13 defeat over the Army in the 125th game.
