ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Firefighters and police were on Pinnacle Hill for a rescue operation Monday night. The incident happened sometime before 7 p.m. When News 8 reached out to the Rochester Police Department, they said they responded to help firefighters. An ambulance was also at the scene.
